Board of Advisors

Nanci Fastre

Nanci Fastre is a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank. She works with venture-backed and public company clients as well as venture capital and private equity firms and advises on corporate cash management strategies. Nanci has been with Silicon Valley Bank for 15 years, and has more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. Before joining SVB, Nanci spent five years in the technology sector with Maxim Integrated Products, where she managed specialty finance projects, including merger and acquisition opportunities, and was responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions. Prior to her work with Maxim, Nanci spent eight years as a banker and financial advisor as the vice president and director for global technology banking at ABN AMRO Bank. In addition, she had technology banking responsibilities at BNP Paribas and CIBC Oppenheimer.

Nanci earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California.

Victoria Pieper

Ms. Pieper is a Global Marketing Director at Accenture and has held several marketing roles in Accenture’s different businesses –Technology, Digital and Operations.  She currently leads the marketing for Accenture Operations Finance and Accounting services. 

Prior to her work at Accenture, she led the marketing team at a Silicon Valley start-up that provided online loans to small businesses.  She started her marketing career at Clorox – her first product was K.C. Masterpiece BBQ sauce.  Under her direction, the company created their first cross-branded product – Lay’s K.C. Masterpiece BBQ potato chips.

Ms. Pieper has an M.B.A. with honors in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois and is a C.P.A.

Marcey W. Becker

Ms. Becker served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development and Treasurer for Elizabeth Arden, Inc. from July 2002 to April 2017, until the Company was acquired by Revlon, Inc.  She was responsible for the Company’s financing, acquisition, treasury and capital markets activities on a global basis as well as the Company’s investor relations and M&A functions, including the eventual sale to Revlon.  The Company completed a variety of acquisitions and investments during her term.  In her role as a senior finance leader, Ms. Becker was also actively involved in strategic planning, capital allocation and new business decisions and helping business leaders drive return on invested capital. 

Ms. Becker was responsible for the successful recapitalization of the Company’s balance sheet, involving a series of bank, public equity and high yield debt transactions and executed numerous additional financings, including the minority investment by Rhone Capital.  She also implemented the Company’s foreign currency, interest rate hedging and global cash management programs.  During her tenure, Ms. Becker served as interim Chief Financial Officer and as a board member for the Company’s investment in USCosmecuetechs, a global cosmecuetical business.

Ms. Becker has been a guest lecturer at the Kellogg Executive MBA program in Chicago and at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.  She has also been involved with PENCIL, an organization promoting corporate partnerships with public schools in New York City.

Prior to joining Elizabeth Arden, Marcey was a banker in the Investment Banking division at Merrill Lynch, where she specialized in arranging and executing financings for non-investment grade corporations, and an investment banking analyst at Dean Witter Reynolds in Chicago.

Ms. Becker has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois.
